Chris stopped by to run a camera through my sewer drain as a follow up to a clog. He allowed me to watch along and explained everything to me in detail. He gave me every option for repairs and did not pressure me when deciding which combination of repairs I wanted to go with. He was extremely professional and cleaned up any mess that came out of the pipe. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
