Called on a Monday morning requesting to snake one drain at house, asked if they could complete that day, they confirmed they could. Throughout the afternoon I received 4 texts I was the next stop on the scheduled and then received a call at 10:15p saying they can come out. If you are not able to make it I understand don’t give the impression your next and then your not. Also not a good idea to call that late for some people. Can’t comment on the service as I chose to go with a different company.
