BRAD the Technician /Plumber is very inquisitive and knowledgeable and was KIND. He’s very passionate about his job at Roto-Rooter. The reason why I called them services for our restaurant ASIANA, because they took care of us before.As soon as I called them Monday morning hour later they were there at ASIANA Crestview location. I see why they have a 4.8 rating on Google with Thousands and thousands of reviews, will be giving them 5 STARS. Will be doing business over and over again thank you Roto-Rooter
