I recently needed help with my water heating unit (Navien tankless), and the experience turned into a roller coaster. I reached out to three companies, a large-scale company, a mid-sized company, and finally a local company, that is Nexco Plumbing.The first two immediately pushed for a full replacement costing several thousand dollars. They even tried to sell me a new water heater and a water softener, despite the fact that I already have a OneFlow® Anti‑Scale System. It felt overwhelming and honestly discouraging.Then I met Kris Bole from Nixco/ Neyer Plumbing. His honesty was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to actually inspect my unit, explain what was happening, and reassure me that I didn’t need a new system at all. All it required was a minor repair and a routine cleaning — nothing more.
