Quick, efficient and friendly service. I plan to use them again if needed. I had a clog in the waste line somewhere between my wash tub and the street. The technician (Ryan) ran about 75 feet of line and all was well after that. The price was comparable to other services in the area which is not cheap but, they got here quick and took care of the problem.

Extremely fast to have a tech out! Jonathan came out so fast! He was amazing with my kids, and my dogs! He went above and beyond and answered any silly questions I had! He had amazing top notch customer service skills! Very professional and fast with getting the job done correctly! I highly recommend! I wish I could give 5 stars! Joe did a great job replacing our hot water heater system and water softener. He was very thorough and made sure we had new appliances that would meet the needs of our house. We will happily call him again for additional services and recommend him to others.

I called the office at 11:15, by 12:45a plumber was at my door. Marcos was so pleasant. He gave me 2 options for unclogging my pipes, one more extensive and more expensive than the other. I selected the most invasive option because my kitchen sink kept clogging up. He gave me the price up front before starting his work. He worked 3 hours steady cleaning out my pipes. He was neat, clean and so very pleasant. This is one of several service calls by Mr Rooter. They have earned me as a lifetime customer.

The techs showed up right on time and didn't waste any time getting to work. They were straightforward about what needed to happen, no BS or upselling, which I definitely appreciated. The install was clean, the new unit is solid, and they didn't leave a mess behind.If you're looking for someone who actually knows what they're doing and gets it done fast, these are the guys to call. 10/10.

Terrific service and communication. Tech came out and assessed the situation, and gave a few options and prices. He installed a new toilet for me with no issues and showed me the new features. I will certainly use them again.
