i haven't cut my hair in ages and finally found Jilly to do a cut and some raccoon tails in my hair. she was awesome!! i was super nervous being in the salon environment but she was easy to talk to and down to earth. the other stylists were engaging and sweet as well. she did a great job on my hair and explained the process while doing the cut and color which helped me feel less anxious!! if you get your hair done please book with Jilly!!

I booked with jilly, i asked for a shaggy emo cut, and that was unfortunately not at all what i received; when i returned home from the salon, thinking it just needed styled, i was left with chunks taken from my hair in places necessary for the style. My bangs were also way too short. I dyed my hair thinking it was maybe just the color and not the cut, because i really trusted the reviews. It was not.I drove over 45 minutes to get to the salon and it was my first time here.. my haircut felt rushed. I didn’t mean to be a huge bother, but my hair is my life. i was crushed to see what i received, it was nothing like what i asked for.Edit: Jilly reached out to me and gave me a full refund for the service.

Legitimately the best haircut/color I’ve ever had—Miranda gave her genuine opinion about my ideas in a consultation at the beginning of the appointment and absolutely crushed the execution. Cannot underscore enough what a great experience this was. And it’s a queer friendly salon—it simply does not get better than this.

My daughter has been gushing all day, & the boost in joy & self‑assurance after just one short visit is incredibly noticeable.This is so much more than a haircut—it’s an affirming, empowering experience. My five year old son has ADHD and sensory needs. Beth did a great job accommodating our needs and scheduling a time that was less hectic. Brianna did a fantastic job with my son asking for consent, talking him through the appointment, and letting him just get up and wander mid-cut. She also got in the floor with him to complete the haircut when he was done with the chair. Highly recommend 💜
