I strongly advise against visiting this salon due to the unethical and fraudulent actions of the owner. In September 2024, an unauthorized ATM withdrawal was made using my card at this establishment—despite the fact that I have only been to this salon once, back in 2019. This means my payment information was stored and later used without my consent.The owner is a dishonest individual who preys on former clients by illegally accessing their financial details. After reporting this to my bank (PNC), I was informed that I am not the only victim of this scam, though PNC’s investigation is limited to their own ATMs. I have also contacted the police regarding this theft.If you value your security, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of trustworthy salons in Hamilton that operate with integrity—BeYoutiful, for example, is run by Casey, a stylist who genuinely respects her clients and their business.Don’t take the risk. Support honest local businesses instead!!
