I scheduled an appointment with a beautician for 12:30pm, I got there about twenty after and was told she was on her way. well it got to be almost 1:00pm and I told the other beautician there that I had things to do and couldn’t wait anymore. she gave me her card said she was one of the owners and would give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I will not make an appointment there ever again with anyone. They never answer the phone nor do they return phone calls, I don’t know how they stay in business.
