Tim Wu installed an outdoor water faucet for us, which necessitated pipe replacement and the addition of proper valves required to prevent a repeat of what appeared to be a burst, frozen line experienced by the previous owner. Tim performed the pre- service determination/estimates and the service itself (at my request).I was very impressed with his promptness, professionalism, knowledge, experience, skill set, and friendliness. He took time to clearly explain what we needed and offered two scenarios/estimates from which to choose, describing differences between them and the benefits inherent in each one. He also instructed us regarding the correct process for winterizing the line.Tim’s work ethic is exceptional. He shared that he has expertise and experience with servicing other types of HVAC systems and I will definitely request him for future jobs, as needed and as appropriate.
