Our home has an unusual plumbing and heating setup, and the upstairs gas furnace developed a crack in the heat exchanger. Isaiah was one of three contractors who gave us an estimate to replace the system with a high-efficiency furnace and new A/C. He was very quick to respond and took the time to walk me through the different system choices, explain the venting and drain line details, and go over how the intake and exhaust piping would be installed. This mattered a lot because the furnace is in a tight, hard-to-reach area, so planning the pipe routing through the walls and out the side of the house needed real care. Isaiah clearly understood the job and thought through the best layout for the vent pipes, connections, and overall installation. That gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward. Once we decided to proceed, the equipment arrived quickly and the installation started right away. Since temperatures in Fairfield were getting cooler at night, we appreciated how fast they got everything scheduled. Isaiah stayed directly involved with the work alongside his crew, which showed us he cared about getting every part of the job done right. They removed the old furnace and A/C, ran the needed piping, and kept the project moving smoothly. The new furnace was installed and up and running quickly, and the A/C was finished soon after so the full system was complete and ready to go. He also included new tubing to the condenser, extra refrigerant for the longer line run, and a new thermostat at no added charge, which was a great bonus. The new system is working very well, and we have been extremely pleased with the results. Isaiah followed through on everything he promised, communicated clearly, and handled a complicated plumbing and HVAC-related installation with skill and attention to detail. This was a major project for our home, and the whole experience was excellent. I would highly recommend him.
