I am very happy with the work completed by James, he was polite and efficient and made sure my AC was working correctly. He installed a new motor and capacitor in about 1.5 hours. My only complaint is trying to get in touch with the company. AI isn’t doing them any good, you need to talk to a real person. For instance, they texted that James was on his way, about 30 minutes and he was there 15 minutes later. That is fine during the day, but not at 8:00 in the morning or if you have appointments and you are counting on the full 30 minutes, to be sure you are ready for him. There is no way to tell when he is there, I even called at 8:10 and AI said 30 minutes from then.
