I replaced a bath drain but forgot the adhesive so it was leaking. Ryan looked at it and the repair would take about 5 minutes. Also had a kitchen sink the handle needed the shutoff adjusted. Ryan went out to his truck to get a quote; came back with $270! For not even 15 minutes work. I paid their $79 show up fee and sent them on their way. Will go back to Rader & Son who couldnt come today.
