After coming out for an assessment that they charge $80 for absolutely nothing was done nor assessed.The service technician that came out after ringing the doorbell started pounding on the door.Then after entering my home asked me 100 questions that did not pertain to why he was called to my home in the first place. And I’m sure he was told the issue before arrival.Looking behind the shower curtain asking if it’s the tub. Turning on the sink and asking if it was the sink.It was the toilet.Then he started trying to open a panel that was sealed shut in the stairwell with a knife.After asking him what that panel had to do with my toilet being backed up here walked downstairs in my home and out my door but not before saying I will be right back. To which he never came back.The people that work for this company are EXTREMELY unprofessional & would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. That technician was only in my home for less than five minutes and he charged us $80. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
