Have used them in the past an have been happy with the work. Till now… A few weeks ago I called to have my toilet looked at. They replaced pieces inside the tank and was charged for replacing the wax ring which was never replaced. We had a leak that kept getting worse. We tried calling an left messages an no one got back with us. I took matters into my own hands an replaced the wax ring myself. And needles to say the leak has stopped. I will never use Rader & Son again! Good luck to those who do.
