Two thumbs up for customer service! I called plumb perfect for an estimate for slow toilet drains. I got a call back at 8am the next morning and Kevin offered to stop by our place within the hour to check it out. The problem was not a plumbing issue but rather an age issue of the toilets and there was no charge. I so appreciate his honesty when he could have easily run the lines anyway just for the money. He even gave us a few tips to help with our slow toilets. I’ll be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future!
