Ryan is a genuinely nice guy, and very professional. I asked him to call me when he was on his way (I worked night shift the night before, and wanted to be sure I was awake), and he was happy to do that for me. He did a great job replacing an old PVC pipe that was brittle and leaking with a new copper one and I feel like his pricing was fair.
