Brad Shackleford, with Roto Rooter came out promptly to clear a driveway drain. He was able to clear the drain and made sure it continued draining well. Brad also found another issue I didn’t know i had with a sump pump, and brought it to my attention, without charging me anything extra. Brad was professional and polite. The Roto Rooter office was not nearly as well versed as Brad. The office was confused and disorganized, very unlike Brad Shackleford.
