Brennan came out to check an ongoing sewer line issue, and he was fantastic from start to finish. A video inspection found a forest‑level root situation about 5 feet down near the road, plus a smaller root cameo at the end of a liner installed by another company. He used something called the Picote cutter (plumbing tech sounds so fancy) and deforested like a boss.What I appreciated most: Brennan was straightforward, explained everything in normal human language, and gave me options without trying to upsell things I didn’t need anytime soon. Friendly, professional, and in and out in about an hour. Grateful and impressed.
