They usually do a great job. I gave 3 stars because of the pricing. $250 to unscrew hot and cold lines under the sink is a lot.The visit lasted about 20 minutes. I hired them because I wanted to make sure the valves still worked because the last time I unscrewed the lines and the valves were corroded and didnt stop the water.The technician did his job, but the pricing was outrageous. $250. It wasn’t an emergency issue either where they charge extra. As a matter of fact I made the appointment 3 days earlier and notified them that this is NOT an emergency.When I made the appointment the dispatcher told me they will give me a price once the technician came. I figured I would probably be around $100 even though thats still a lot even with NO leaks.When I called roto rooter I told them I was getting estimates, hoping they would give me a price over the phone but they didnt.Again the technicians know their jobs and do it well, just be prepared to pay double of any other places like mr rooter.Next time I will be going elsewhere, unless its an emergency and no one else is available like Mr rooter.Update: from 3 stars to 5 stars.I talked to management and they are returning some of the funds.
