Derrick Set a Brand New Standard After 7 Years!I have been a loyal customer with Thomas and Galbraith for the last seven years, and while I have always appreciated their service, my recent maintenance visit with Derrick was on an entirely different level. He completely blew me away with his professionalism, work ethic, and sheer dedication to doing a perfect job.From the moment he arrived, Derrick was incredibly polite, respectful of my home, and clearly knew his stuff. But what really prompted me to write this review was his incredible attention to detail.During the cleaning of my A/C unit, Derrick actually took the entire cage off the air conditioner to clean it thoroughly from the inside out.In my seven years of having my system serviced by this company, I have never once seen a technician do that. Usually, it’s a quick exterior spray or a superficial brush-down, but Derrick went the extra mile to ensure there was absolutely no dirt, debris, or buildup left behind. He treated my unit as if it were his own, taking the time to do a truly deep, comprehensive clean rather than just rushing through a standard checklist to get to his next job.It is incredibly rare to find a technician with that level of integrity and thoroughness these days. Derrick is a massive asset to Thomas and Galbraith, and because of the stellar job he did, I will be specifically requesting him for all of my future HVAC maintenance.
