The entire Roto Rooter team was efficient, courteous, and got things repaired quickly. In particular, Mr. Browning was a huge help, as he walked me through the explanation of the problem, visually showed me the tree roots that had infiltrated our pipes, and offered options for repair. He did an excellent job illustrating the consequences (good and bad) of each option and guiding me toward the most prudent choice while still allowing me to make my own decision. I am very grateful for his guidance and his coordination of the overall project.
