Bill and his apprentice were outstanding. They were able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of arrival. Thomas and Galbraith, Roto, Apollo, Logan, and a few others would either no help or couldn’t find the source. It was a relief that the fix was minor, affordable, and gave us peace of mind.
