We had a sink and toilet issue, and we’d used Roto Rooter in the past so I called them up. They tell me they’d have a technician en route within 2 hours…Great! We wait 3.5 hrs, call them back, they tell us it was actually a 4 hour window….ok. We wait until 5 hours, call them, they say they’ll call me back in 30 mins with an ETA. No call. It gets to over 6 hours and we call them to see if anyone will make it out that day…which they don’t know as it’s already 7:30pm. Finally we call them again and they tell us no one is coming. When they finally come the next day in the late morning, they charge us $660 to snake the drain and toilet that takes less than an hour…we will not be using Roto Rooter again.Edit – Roto Rooter did reach out to me and told me how they are working to fix this communication issue and use it to improve their team, which I do appreciate.
