Just an Update for my review as of Aug 2026- still very happy with the Help service! Today I got the electrical inspection, by William- he was a delight! Completed everything like clockwork gave me an overview of what he would check and explained how my home did. He was right on time but I was running late but he was really nice about it! I feel good living in a 100 year old building knowing my investment is protected and that my home is safe. Next up is the HVAC system. I don’t know if your recruitment team is just incredibly lucky or just clever about spotting great service but whatever you are doing you and up with amazing reps who know what they are doing and could not be kinder or more professional! Another 10/10 experience for me!I wasn’t sure about joining the help club, but with an older home the included free inspections seemed like a good idea. I had the plumbing inspection today, got a courtesy call earlier with an arrival time with a 30 min window (not 3hours, like I was used to) and he was right on time. Very friendly, explained everything he was going to check, completed the inspection efficiently and did not pressure me into any repairs. He went through everything with me and explained what it meant. He did recommend some maintenance that will be down the road but it gives me some time to stay ahead of any problems. This is a great value-I joined the club when I needed a faucet installation and the offered discount paid for the first three months of service. The inspection really was completely free! They called me to schedule it at my convenience, and so I went ahead and scheduled the hvac and electrical inspection. This gives me piece of mind and puts me in a proactive position so I feel in control. I highly recommend the service. The commercials are authentically what you experience-professionals who are thoughtful and courteous! My dog was ready to go home with him!
