Both Brad from Cincinnati and Ron from the Dayton area we’re both amazing technicians. They were punctual they were professional and they were polite. They both worked very hard to get my drainage system cleaned out. I stood outside with Ron for about four hours helping him as much as I possibly Could and he was very thankful. After he left Brad showed up with the Jetter and finished it and around about two hours. When I say this was an amazing feat, it was one of those “you had to be there to see it”. These guys worked tirelessly on getting me taken care of. Truly appreciate the professionalism from Ron and Brad and I appreciate Roto Rooter for sending them. I feel like it was a little more of a personal experience after talking with these guys and listening and learning a lot about the work they do. Thank you guys!
