Knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and honest. I would give extra stars if I could. We were experiencing a blocked underground drainage line in our yard (sump and downspouts). Someone from a different (big/national) company came out and ran a camera, only looked from one end, found a blockage and said (not verbatim) “If you’ve got blockage here, I estimate you have it throughout the whole line, I advise replacing it all”. I know nothing on the subject, so it sounded like a bitter pill I’d have to swallow. I wanted a second opinion, and I’m so glad I called Jacob’s Plumbing. Brody came out and did a MUCH MORE THOROUGH scope of the line (end to end), found several problem areas, and recommended digging up and replacing those sections. He said (again not verbatim) “worst case if this doesn’t solve your issue, we can always replace the whole line if it’s necessary.” I agreed and they started work right then and there. Brody and Suzie cleared the first section, and a ton of water immediately flowed out of the pipe where it terminates at the street. I cannot overstate the quality of the experience (especially compared to the other company). Brody takes the time to do a thorough job and explains everything along the way. Look no further, just hire them.
