Jeff is an absolutely fantastic plumber. He has been doing great work for me and my family for many years. He's gone out of his way to help me out in emergencies on multiple occasions.

Mr Lipscomb is probably a competent plumber, but when finished with his work, he’s careless about the way he finishes the job. My sink was not returned to its original position. I’ll have to hire someone to fix it. Also, the new faucet isn’t adjusted properly. The new sprayer was installed improperly.I have to untangle it under the sink each time I need to use it. In short, a more conscientious person would not create more work and expense for the client.He was informed about the issues, but refused to correct the problems he created.

The washer water supply knobs were so corroded they wouldn't turn to shut off, so I had to turn the water main off. Mr. Lipscomb came the next day and worked his magic to get the old corroded parts off and replaced! He has done several repairs for me and is always very responsive and reasonably priced, even when another guy couldn't find the problem. He has been my go-to person for plumbing issues for a few years now.

Jeff does a great job, fair prices, very fair, honest and trustworthy. He was referred to me by someone who had a big plumbing job, Jeff gave him a bid and the total fee came in lower than the bid. You will not regret using him. I think he is great.

I asked Jeff to come take a look at my kitchen sink. Not only did he come in just a few short hours, he was able to troubleshoot my problem right away. Super professional, affordable and all around great guy. Highly recommended!

I asked Jeff to come and replace our sump pump and pressure reducing valve. His phone quote to me for that was well below any other quote I had received. Then when he got there, he assured me that my sump pump was a good one and was fine. He still replaced the pressure reducing valve and it cost me 1/4 of what someone had quoted me just to replace the sump pump. He is a great guy and does an excellent job.
