We had several estimates and he was more than fair in his pricing and making sure we were ready for move in as the project expanded to replacing the tub/shower, toilet, and water heater.

Josh from tri-county plumbing came out this weekend to repair a collapsed sump pump drain line that was causing a water backup in my backyard. The job took longer than estimated because of some complications but Josh held steady to the original estimate that he had given me. He worked all day, Saturday and all day Sunday to complete the job. He dug everything up by hand so that he would not damage my landscaping. He restored the sod so well that I couldn't even tell where he dug the trench. I didn't think there were any companies left like this anymore. Tri-County Plumbing will have me as a customer for life. I really appreciate the great job that he did.

Bill and his apprentice were outstanding. They were able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of arrival. Thomas and Galbraith, Roto, Apollo, Logan, and a few others would either no help or couldn’t find the source. It was a relief that the fix was minor, affordable, and gave us peace of mind. Bill is professional, communicates clearly, and doesn’t beat around the bush. I strongly recommend his services for all your plumbing needs!
