I would put a 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Jeremy has come to fix flooded basement.1st suggested to do hydro jetting - 800$. Then casually said it didn’t help and drain repair needed. I trusted his “professional” opinion, in few day he returned to fix drain, in total we spent 2500$ ( hydro jetting + drain repair) which is decent price for this work. He left untreated wood where water drains, I didn’t bother and fixed myself. Getting invoice and receipts to provide for an insurance company was a separate 2 week battle. 1 month after repairs problem with drain returned, sent some photos and images to Jeremy, can tell that messages weee read, but after dozens of attempts to get hold of Jeremy he never replied.
We are sorry for your frustration, we hydro jetted the main sewer line then found out that your basement floor drain trap was full of gravel and broken and also a very old house that had small footer drain also tying into this floor drain. We tested drain with a hose and water everything was flowing and we sent invoices to insurance company to try and help with expenses. Yes I agree the wood was out there to hold concrete do to the other drains tying in and forming the concrete. We are willing to make anything that is wrong right but your basement was flooding from foundation issues and looks like it’ could be happing and we don’t do foundations. The cost of work is fair and you have replied that The pictures show water coming from the walls of foundation. We are a very reputable company and would like to address issues.
