Rauch Chiropractic Claimed

I've been dealing with chronic back pain for over 25 years. I've been going to Dr. Rauch for 1 month, and though it's mild... and early, I've already seen improvement! It's going to take some time to rewind all of the damage, but this is the first time ever that I've been this optimistic about an actual positive outcome! I'm so thankful for the recommendation! I'm not one to write reviews but this journey helped me and hopefully can help someone else that's skeptical. I first visited Dr. Rauch when my wife needed help with many symptoms she was having, the traditional doctor's route of medications wasn't working for us. I was more than skeptical because I had little to no knowledge on how the body's alignment really affected our overall health. I was referred to Dr Rauch by a friend. My first visit was in August 2022 because I was in so much pain I couldn't sit, drive or stand for any length of time. After a 3 mcl sprains, I visited Rauch Chiropractic and Rehab. They did x rays and diagnosed me with cervical degenerative disc disease, a tilted vertebrae, and pinched nerve. By utilizing chiropractic adjustments, stretches, and the tens unit, my tilted vertebrae is less tilted and my neck is moving closer to midline. Flash back to December, 2020. After several months of severe pain, an orthopedic surgeon at Christ Hospital diagnosed me with a herniated disk, and told me that the only long-term cure was surgery. Short of that, the pain I was experiencing could be temporarily relieved with a steroid injection to the spine. I went ahead and had the injection. It was expensive, painful, and temporary. As predicted, after a few months the pain had returned. I had another shot, which eventually did relieve the pain but also left me barely able to walk for a few days. After 3 of these injections, each worse than the last, by happy chance I ran into Dr. Rauch's facebook ad claiming that the condition could be cured through chiropractic. Honestly, when I first went there, and was presented with a firm schedule lasting a year, to be paid in advance, I had my doubts. After all, it was pretty much the opposite of what the surgeon had told me! But the pain was back, and any chance was worth not suffering through another of those awful injections. Now, a year later, I am so glad that I happened upon that ad and took the chance! I'm walking over a mile every day and can stand for several hours without discomfort. I cannot yet say how long the improvement will last, but I have high hopes. I was living with daily pain in my neck and lower back area! My medical doctor sent me for Physical therapy and gave me pain meds! The pain meds are just a band aid. I've been a regular patient for a few years now. When I first stopped in, I was apprehensive as most are about chiropractic care. My physicians wanted me to take steroids, anti-inflammatorys, pain killers etc.. My job requires me to be focused and ready to act fast. I'm surrounded by concrete and steel and work numerous hours on all shifts. I'm a Correctional Officer, I must have a clear mind and have mobility to perform my duties. Dr. Rauch and his staff brought me back to a level of efficiency that I didn't even think was possible. I followed his care plan to the letter and came out with the best results. I continue to go even after most of my issues have been resolved. I maintain my body like I do my car. I use to have bad sciatica issues that prevented me from playing with my young children and playing sports. That was depressing. When I started going to Dr. Rauch 3 years ago, I was in nearly debilitating pain in my shoulder, back, arm, and neck pretty much all of the time. The VA was discounting my pain and misdiagnosing the causes. I literally lived on high doses of OTC pain meds every single day that was taking a toll on my liver. Just a few weeks into seeing Dr. Rauch, I had a diagnosis and was experiencing immediate relief from the pain. It wasn't long before I was able to do things that I had not been able to do for a year or more - such as toss a frisbee to my dog! My liver numbers at my last physical were back to normal! I've continued seeing Dr. Rauch on a regular basis and today I am active (pain free!) and rarely take any pain medicine, except for an occasional headache. I had been suffering with neck pain that also affected my right shoulder and arm for months. My arm would go numb and my elbow would feel tight like it needed to pop. I was experiencing daily headaches and took Tylenol/Advil at least twice a day to manage pain and to attempt to get sleep at night. My sleep was interrupted each night from my neck and shoulder pain. I would wake up multiple times during the night and often moved to the couch or chair seeking relief. In January, I made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon and explained my symptoms. He took x-rays and basically told me “I was born this way” and that my scapula bone curved slightly up on the end. He said that physical therapy could teach me some exercises to help ease the pain and numbness that I was experiencing. I began physical therapy and went twice a week for six weeks. I learned several great exercises and stretches but my symptoms never fully went away and I was really frustrated and out quite a bit of money for the PT and had used several sick days, etc. trying to fix my situation. My symptoms remained and the “I was born this way” reasoning just wasn’t acceptable to me. I didn’t have these issues my entire life, so why now? I decided to try chiropractic care and contacted Dr. Rauch’s office. The office staff was extremely helpful in explaining the new patient process to me, checking my insurance benefits, and setting up my initial consultation. I met with Dr. Rauch, explained my symptoms, he took x-rays, had me do some range-of-motion exercises/tests, went over my personal and family medical history, etc. He was very interested in figuring out why I was having these symptoms and wanted to help me get relief. After my x-rays came back it was clear on the films that several of my cervical discs were out of alignment and shifted to the right. Dr. Rauch explained that these particular ones were linked to the nerves in my right arm. He designed a treatment plan to help get my body back on track. After 5 weeks now I am feeling so much better. The pain is significantly less, I am not having daily headaches, my arm is no longer going numb and I am actually getting sleep. I was in a lot of pain when I first called Roush Chiropractic. Amber answered the phone and her voice just made me feel like everything was going to be ok! Dr. Roush is nothing short of a miracle worker! After about 6 months, the problems I had been suffering with for over 30 years were being managed and he taught me how to prevent my back from getting in such bad shape that I couldn’t do daily tasks. I am 51 years old and have 2 herniated discs in my lower back that no longer cause horrible pain. Dr. Roush didn’t fix these discs but straightened my spine enough and taught me easy exercises, daily stretches and to use ice if my back is hurting or I think it is going to hurt. I wish I had met him years ago! I had tried chiropractic about 10 years ago and from that experience, did not think I would ever try it again. Thank God I tried it again!!! About a year ago I started seeing Dr. Rauch after the dizziness and headaches just got to the point where I couldn’t even drive myself around. I was constantly sleeping 10+ hours a night, or at least trying, and still woke up feeling like I’d been hit by a bus and so tired. So I googled chiropractors near me and found him and I’m so glad I did! After about a month or so, I was still in some discomfort but nowhere near what it was. Him and his team at the office had been more than helpful and caring in scheduling, payments, massages and tips on what to do when you can’t get in the office asap. Sometime he is even available to be reached after hours and I just really feel like that’s the best kind of service there is. We came to Dr. Rauch after my daughter started being unable to spread her fingers apart. We chose to pursue chiropractic as a less invasive option and I’m so glad we did. Thank you two, Dr. Rauch Chiropractic and Nancy Masseuse. I have been suffering from a tripping fall at work for some years. I had knee and shoulder surgery, but with these fixes I had other problems. I went to Rauch Chiryropractic and Rehab because I was at a total loss and was considering giving up my only outside activity, bowling. Dr Thad Rauch took xrays and developed a plan to relieve my pains and relax my movements again. Dr Rauch worked on my frame therapeutically and my body movements returned to as close to of old as my age allowed. He also recommended Massage Therapy with Specialist, Nancy. I had tight muscles, especially in my hips. I had gone to a Surgeon for an injection and therapy, but although there was improvement, I still didn't walk smoothly. Nancy was able to greatly reduce this muscle tightness in my hips and other areas. Between Dr Rauch and Nancy I felt great again, especially for a 69 year old. I decided to try our Senior Bowling Tournament, as my league bowling experienced improvements. I am happy to say that I tied for my best score in a couple years of Bowling and tied for second high, 2 pins from winning, in my age bracket and third among all brackets. To say I was overjoyed would be a great understatement. When your auto doesn't drive correctly, we immediately take it for service and tires. I highly recommend we do the same for our bodies. Severe infant GERD-cured!! I cannot thank Dr. Rauch enough for helping my 3 week old baby with GERD. My son was constantly screaming and crying from his reflux that started the week after he was born. Excessive vomiting, gas pains, and burning from the vomiting meant that he was in constant pain. He could not sleep anywhere but on myself or my husband because he had to be completely upright. If he laid down (even during diaper changes) he would vomit, choke, and scream. We were at a loss because the medicines from the pediatrician were not helping, and also had several scary risks to them. The thought of taking an infant to a chiropractor was terrifying. I had visions of neck and back cracking that could go horribly wrong and leave my son injured. Dr. Rauch assured me that was not how things would go, and told me that I could come in and ask questions and he would explain the procedure with no strings attached. I went in for the consultation and Dr. Raush was extremely nice, took his time with us, and showed me that there is no scary twisting or popping like I thought. In fact the manipulation he did was so minute that my son slept through it! We saw improvement after just one adjustment. and after 3, my son's issues are gone. He is finally a happy, healthy baby, and we are all getting sleep at night! There is nothing more terrifying than having a sick baby and feeling helpless as a parent. I started coming to Dr. Rauch a few years back after being in an auto accident and getting no relief through other outlets including previous chiropractors. He has helped both Ronnie and I tremendously with our back and neck problems. I have been coming here for several years. I have always been treated like family and enjoy my visits. I play volleyball, softball, and I swim for Hamilton High School. Over the past 3 years I have had 3 concussions from playing sports. Since my first concussion back in May of 2015, I started having headaches everyday. This continued until March of 2016 when I started seeing Dr. Rauch. Along with these horrible headaches I was having everyday, I was having migraines about every week-2 weeks. I went to Dr. Rauch not knowing that from my concussions, my neck had been injured, leading to my headaches. Over the past 10 month my headaches have gone from everyday, to about 2 a month (if even that). I no longer have to have my Advil bottle with me everywhere I go! That is success on its own! I started going to Dr. Rauch in February 2017 with lower back pain. I had put off going for a while, but in my job I am on my feet a lot and the pain didn't go away. Dr. Rauch is great. After a car accident and 2 weeks of neck pain, my co-workers suggested Dr Rauch. They raved about him and his staff. Honesty, I have "white coat syndrome" and was a doubter! 3 weeks of pain took me there. Dr Rauch (and his staff) is great. He came up with a plan and I had relief within a few months. I started bringing my 6 year old to see Dr. Rauch as a "last resort". She had been dealing with constipation issues for two years. She had seen her family doctor, a gastro specialist at Children's, been a regimen of Miralax, Exlax and lots of fiber bars and just wasn't having much luck. After seeing Dr. Rauch for many months, my daughter is now a little more regular with her bowel movements. She used to go 2-3 weeks without anything happening. Now she has several little movements every week. A HUGE improvement! I never realized how many areas of the body were impacted because of the spine. I'm grateful Dr. Rauch took the time to educate me with a class and continuing exercises. I chose to come to Dr. Rauch because my family had been using his services. I wasn't sure who could help me but I was dealing with constant hip discomfort, lack of sleep and I was becoming quite concerned. Dr. Rauch and his staff were thorough and explained (on a level I could understand) where the problem area was and the plan of action he wanted to take to improve my overall health. I wasn't sure how quick I would feel results but within a week or two I had increased energy, less pain/discomfort and was sleeping much better. Before I would pray for the day I wouldn't wake up in pain or give anything to sleep a full night without waking up in the middle of the night.
